NFSW Hot Car : Porsche 914-6 GT

We do know what is the hot car on NFSW right now. It's 914-6 GT!

We see a lot of community commented on NFSW post about 914-6 GT. And we see a lot of community "Like it". That's why we make a blog about this car.

The Porsche 914-6 GT was the result of a collaborative effort between Porsche and Volkswagen to produce a sporty car. They built 2 seater with a targa top and 2L flat-6 mid-engine that produce 95 HP. Howevers the 914-6 GT was short lived with only 3360 between 1970-1972. It started its racing career in 1970 in the grueling 24 hours of Le Mans race where it finished 6th overall and won its class.

Something we heard from community about the car :
1. It's like Lamborghini Miura SV but with Cosmic Nitrous.
2. Great handling
3. 4100 boost is worth it.
4. It might be not the king of B-Class, but you will get the great experience by driving it.

Spot the NLD 3 - The Detail

We’re less than 48 hours away from the Chinese New Year Edition Spot the NLD! Just to remind everyone:

-On Wednesday, February 6, 2013

- At 03:00am (03:00) PST / 6:00am (06:00) EST / 11:00am (11:00) UTC/In-Game Time the NLD are going to log onto the Apex – US  servers. 
- At 11:00am (11:00) PST / 7:00am (14:00) EST / 12:00pm (12:00) UTC/In-Game Time we’ll switch over to Apex – EU

Participating is very easy and fun! All you need to do is during the event, get into the game, find a NLD member, take a clear photo of their car and submit it to be entered into a random draw for your chance to win :

Anything else I need to know?
A couple things:
- Send your photo of a NLD to timothyorvin.e@gmail.com
- You can take a photo of a NLD by making sure they are on-screen in the game and pressing the ‘Prt Scr’ button on your keyboard. The chat window will display where that photo was stored on your PC
- You can also use the Free Camera to take photos which can be accessed by pressing ‘V’ on your keyboard
- Remember that you can turn off the game’s HUD by pressing Alt + Z. makes for some nice photos!
- Players can submit a maximum of 10 photos to maximize their chance to win
- We’d prefer to receive only one photo per email otherwise your email may not be received
- Please ensure you have the text ‘Spot the NLD’ in the subject line of your submission email otherwise it will not be considered an official entry
-You can not use same car with NLD members
- Winners will be determined via random draw
- Winners will be announced on or before Wednesday, February 13
- We'll tweet the event (clue where are NLD's in) via twitter @NFSOrvin, @KlubbinJay, @NFSJohnnyWalker

Spot the NLD 3

Let's start our new year with the first community contest from Team NLD. Yes we know you can guess it. It's Spot the NLD 3!

You know, to participating in Spot the NLD is very easy. You just need to login to the game, and find members of NLD, then take a screenshot with their car. One thing you need to remember, we will use our favourite cars, not sure what is it, and it will be different for each members of NLD, so to make this easier, we will give NLD members list who can be spotted and also the cars they will use on Monday! And also we have a special gifts for winner!

The event will be held on :

Starts : Apex - US : 15:00 PST / 23:00 UTC
          : Apex - EU : 16:00 PST / 00:00 UTC

Some thing that you need to remember :
-Send your screenshot to timothyorvin.e@gmail.com
-You can send up to 10 screenshots, but 1 screenshot per e-mail to maximize your chance to win
-You can turn off your HUD to get better screenshot.
-You should send the screenshot via e-mail and don't forget to write down your Twitter, Facebook, and In game name.
-You can not use the same car with the NLD members you spotted.
-Winner will determined by random draw and will be announced on or before Friday 31 January 2013.
